you're welcome! i could never do something like that with pastels! if you have any advice or pointers for me I'd love to hear some critiques of my work! i'm a student and still trying to learn
I have been painting/drawing for over 30 years and the best advice I can give is practice, practice, practice, this is where you learn the most. I often used books to learn different medium techniques. Also paint/draw what you love as that will show in your work. Its an amazing adventure 
that's really awesome advice! i NEED to make more time for it... don't know how i will with medical school coming up but i will definitely try not to lose art! it's such an important part of my life! thanks again! if you have any specific comments or pointers for some of my pieces please let me know!
